Dispute Solutions Mediation Services- founded by Hilda Ephraim Adejumo and provides wide range of mediation services. With a First Class Honours degree in Law and a Masters Degree in Corporate & Commercial Law from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London, Hilda trained, qualified and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1989. Since then, Hilda has been in private practice in areas including: Civil and Commercial Mediation involving intellectual property, Partnership and Shareholder's Disputes, Company, Commercial, Employment, Human Rights, Personal Injury, Landlord & Tenant, Professional Negligence, Inheritance Act Disputes, Consumer Act Disputes, Civil Action against the Police, Maritime, Energy, Oil and Gas, Family and Matrimonial Disputes and Housing.
In 2001, Hilda was trained by and accredited to the Academy of Experts, Gray's Inn London. In 2002, she was admitted as a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. In 2007, Hilda accepted membership into TCM-the Workplace Mediation Centre. Since her accreditation, Hilda has acted as Sole Mediator in various disputes including: Commercial, Employment, Personal Injury, Boundary disputes, Civil Action Against the Police, NHS-dispute related matters. Hilda also has a huge expertise in African customary law and marriages and in 2002, Hilda was honoured with the highest traditional honour of "High Chief" by the late Obong of Calabar for "her various contributions to knowledge and customs through well-researched advice".
